Working toward enhancing the community and environmental resources of Midway Beach and its neighboring areas. We are committed to protecting and conserving the natural world around us that has shaped our community and will continue to do so for generations to come.
MidwayBeach.org was founded by Dominick Solazzo, a Midway Beach-er from the time of his conception. His passion for coastal conservation originated and continues to be influenced by the lifestyle and environment of the barrier island.

Interested in Barnegat Bay?
“A great opportunity to learn about the different species of fish in Barnegat Bay” MidwayBeach.Org will be volunteering for the interpretative center in Island Beach State Park. Our role will be to collect different species of fish and maintain the fish tanks within the park. The tanks are located at bathing beach #1 and the interpretative center. We look forward to a fun and successful season with the aquariums!
